Nexus mod download wrong game

So, either the Nexus Mod Manager is broken, or the Nexus is cheating me. Fixed issue causing the Morrowind game mode to install files in the wrong folder. As the title really, thought it be better to post in other games since it can be used for so many of them. Is this new manager by the people who created NMM? Personally I might download it once it is publicly available but probably wont really I think I am pointing it to the wrong locations or something.
